GIFT ORDERS

 

If your order will be a gift, please let me know by selecting the “Is your purchase a gift?" button in the My Shopping Cart screen.  Provide both a To and a From, as well as a very brief message, and I will include a Gift Note with your jewelry, at no extra charge.  Receipts and packing slips are never included in my shipments.  Your gift will be sent in a recycled cardboard ACL Jewelry box, but I do not offer gift wrapping.

 

 

PAYMENT

 

I accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover on this website.  Upon completion of your order, you will receive an e-mail containing your receipt.  Sales Tax is included for New Mexico residents.  Please use the Contact page to discuss other forms of payment, if necessary.

 

 

SHIPPING

 

ESTIMATED SHIPMENT DATES:  In stock items should ship within 1-3 business days, although this may vary seasonally.  Certain items, however, are produced upon purchase, and these may take up to 3 weeks to ship.  I do offer expedited shipping options via UPS (see below).  Please note that selecting an expedited shipping option does not guarantee the same day shipment of your order. 

 

FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING:  I ship all orders within the United States free of charge via UPS Ground.  As a result, I do not ship to PO Boxes (I can, however, ship to PMB’s, Personal Mail Boxes).  As a security measure, I select the Signature Required option for all domestic shipments, unless you opt out of this service by selecting the No Signature Required upon Receipt Free UPS Ground option in the Checkout screen.  Once shipped, the tracking information for your order will be sent to your e-mail.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:  If you would like an international shipping quote prior to ordering, please send me a request from my Contact page.  Once shipped, the tracking information for your order will be sent to your e-mail.  You, the customer, will be responsible for any and all customs fees and taxes applied by your country.  Customs documentation will reflect the retail price of the items being shipped.

 

EXPEDITED SHIPPING:  I do offer expedited domestic and international shipping options via UPS.  Additional handling charges will apply to UPS’s expedited rates.  Please note that selecting an expedited shipping option does not guarantee the same day shipment of your order.

 

SHIPMENT LOSS OR DAMAGE:  Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.  In the event that your jewelry has been damaged in shipment, or if your shipment fails to arrive in a timely manner, please contact me immediately.  Save and photograph the damaged jewelry and packaging.  Please do not return the damaged jewelry and packaging unless instructed to do so.  ACL Jewelry’s responsibility for loss and damage ceases when the package is accepted for shipment by the carrier.  However, when notified, I may take one or more of the following actions:  file a damage claim with the carrier, issue credit for the damaged or lost jewelry, and/or send an immediate replacement.

 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

I accept product returns for credit or exchange, less the original shipping charge, if any, and a restock fee, under the following conditions:  (1) Sorry, I cannot accept returns on any jewelry that is produced upon purchase, custom made, personalized, or is on sale, clearance, or discontinued.  (2) You must first contact me to request the return within thirty (30) days of delivery; unanticipated returns may be refused or placed on hold.  (3) You must ship your return prepaid and the jewelry must be in resalable condition.  (4) Returns are subject to inspection for damage, wear, or mishandling prior to the issuance of a credit or exchange; if determined to be unsalable, product will be returned to the customer.  (5) A 20% Restock Fee will be deducted from the original sales price of the returned jewelry.

 

 

PRODUCT WARRANTY

 

I am proud of my collection and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase.  ACL Jewelry warrants its jewelry to be free of defects in material and workmanship, under normal conditions of wear and cleaning, for a period of one year from the date of carrier delivery to, or personal receipt by, the customer.  The obligation of ACL Jewelry is limited to (1) repair of the material, or (2) replacement of any component or components of the jewelry proven defective in material or workmanship, or (3) replacement of the jewelry, or (4) refund of the purchase price.  The selection of said remedies shall be determined by ACL Jewelry in its sole discretion and shall be considered the final disposition.

 

 

CUSTOM ORDERS

 

You may place a Custom Order for which I will create a piece of wearable art just for you.  If interested, please let me know via the Contact form on the Contact page.  Please include your phone number in the Message field. 

 

For all Custom Orders, I must insist on the following stipulations: 

(1) Jewelry created for a Custom Order is neither returnable nor refundable.  (2) All prices and quotations are subject to change without notice.  (3) All Custom Orders will be detailed in writing and subject to confirmation by both parties.  (4) Upon confirmation of your Custom Order, you will be charged a fifty percent (50%) down payment.  (5) No changes or additions to a Custom Order will be accepted after confirmation of the Custom Order.  (6) Requests for cancellation of a Custom Order will not be granted if the custom jewelry is in production, or if materials specific to the Custom Order have been purchased.  (7) To protect my single creation works of wearable art, I select the Signature Required option when shipping Custom Orders.

 

Shipment dates of Custom Orders will vary depending on factors such as my production schedule, but I will provide an estimated shipment date when you confirm your order.
